Self Challenge

Wild animals should be able to live freely in their natural habitat. But humans exploit wild animals and capture them to become performing animals. This campaign focuses on dolphins. We hope the facts explained in our website about captive dolphins will enable you to see life from their point of view.

Find a cardboard box big enough to stand in

Stand in the box (do not sit or squat)

Make sure no part of your body sticks out

Remain there for at least 30 minutes for a successful challenge

The challenger can adjust the time appropriately

Stay focused and imagine the dolphin’s captive environment

Record the challenge time

Precautions

  • Challenges must be performed in a safe place or environment
  • Challengers must make sure they are fit to participate
  • Challengers cannot use mobile phones and do other activities during their challenge
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult during a challenge
  • If at any time you feel discomfort, you can choose to end the challenge
